These Terms of Service govern the relationship between OBHost LLC ("Provider") and all Users of OBHost services. By registering an account, placing an order, or using any OBHost service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
The Provider reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to the registered address on file.
These Terms apply to all services offered by OBHost including but not limited to: shared hosting, cloud hosting, reseller hosting, VPS hosting, dedicated servers, domain registration, SSL certificates, email hosting, Microsoft licensing and colocation services.
The Provider agrees to deliver services as described on the OBHost website at the time of purchase. OBHost will make all reasonable efforts to ensure services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The Provider reserves the right to:
The Provider will maintain reasonable security measures to protect infrastructure but cannot guarantee that services will be free from all vulnerabilities or that stored data will never be lost. Users are strongly advised to maintain independent backups of all data.
Users are responsible for all activities conducted through their account. Each account should be used by a single organisation or individual — account sharing with third parties is not permitted unless explicitly authorised (e.g., reseller accounts).
Users agree to:
No abusive act or omission may be justified by the involvement of third parties. The User is always held liable for actions carried out using resources purchased or leased under their account.
In case of a User's non-compliance with these Terms of Service, the Provider will act at its sole discretion to restore compliance. Actions may include:
OBHost guarantees 99.9% monthly network uptime for shared and reseller hosting, and 99.99% monthly uptime for VPS and dedicated server services. Uptime is measured on a monthly basis and excludes:
Service credits for SLA breaches must be requested within 7 days of the incident. Credits are applied to the billing account and cannot be exchanged for cash.
To create an OBHost account, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information provided is accurate.
Businesses may register accounts on behalf of their organisation. The individual registering accepts personal responsibility for ensuring compliance with these Terms.
OBHost reserves the right to request additional verification information at any time, including but not limited to:
Failure to provide requested verification within a reasonable timeframe (typically 72 hours) may result in account suspension pending review.
Users are solely responsible for all content hosted on OBHost infrastructure. Prohibited content includes but is not limited to: illegal material, child exploitation material, content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, malware, phishing pages, spam tools, and content that promotes violence or hatred.
OBHost reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy without prior notice.
All services are billed in advance. Invoices are generated automatically at the start of each billing cycle. It is the User's responsibility to ensure payment is made before the invoice due date to avoid service interruption.
Overdue invoices are subject to automatic suspension after a grace period (typically 3 days for hosting services, 24 hours for domain renewals). OBHost will send payment reminders before suspension.
Prices displayed on the OBHost website are in USD unless otherwise specified. Customers paying in other accepted currencies will be charged at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of payment.
OBHost accepts payment via credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer and other methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
Account balance (prepaid funds) may be added to the billing account and applied towards future invoices. Account balance is non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
OBHost does not store complete card details. Payment card data is handled exclusively by our PCI DSS compliant payment processors.
Users may cancel any service at any time through the client area at my.obhost.net. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless an immediate cancellation is requested.
Domain registrations cannot be cancelled once registered. Domain renewals are non-refundable as domain costs are immediately passed to registry operators.
OBHost offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all web hosting plans (Business, Cloud, Agency, Node.js, Reseller and Managed WordPress). To request a refund, contact support within 14 days of the initial purchase.
The following are not eligible for refund:
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days back to the original payment method.
If OBHost receives a chargeback or payment dispute from any payment processor, all services associated with the billing account may be suspended immediately and without prior notice. Domain transfers may also be restricted.
OBHost will use all available information — including billing records, login history and all communications — to contest chargebacks. A $25 chargeback processing fee applies per incident, regardless of outcome.
Repeated chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and referral to a debt collection agency.
OBHost may suspend services for the following reasons, with or without prior notice depending on the severity:
Suspended accounts retain data for a period of 7 days. After this period, data may be permanently deleted without further notice.
Either party may terminate services at any time. The User may terminate by cancelling all services through the client area. OBHost may terminate an account immediately upon:
Upon termination, all data associated with the account will be permanently deleted. OBHost is not liable for any loss of data following account termination.

Support is provided in English. Response times vary by plan — standard tickets are addressed within 24 hours, Priority support within 4 hours.
All active Users receive basic support covering:
Basic support does not include: third-party application debugging, custom code review, web design assistance, or tasks requiring advanced server administration beyond the scope of the purchased plan.
Users without active services are entitled to billing and account enquiries only. Technical support is not available for inactive accounts.
OBHost offers managed support packages for VPS and dedicated server customers who require deeper technical assistance. Managed support includes proactive monitoring, security patching, performance optimisation and priority response times. Contact sales for managed support pricing.
OBHost provides free website migration assistance for new customers transferring from another hosting provider. Migration requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial purchase. Migrations are performed on a best-effort basis and subject to technical feasibility.
Account ownership transfers to a third party are not permitted without prior written approval from OBHost. To request an account transfer, contact support with full details of both parties.
Domain transfers out of OBHost to another registrar are permitted at any time provided the domain is not within the 60-day post-registration lock period and has no outstanding invoices or holds.
OBHost acts as an ICANN-accredited domain registrar for applicable TLDs. By registering a domain, the User agrees to the applicable registry policies for that TLD in addition to OBHost's Terms.
The User is responsible for ensuring their domain registration details are accurate and kept up to date. Inaccurate WHOIS data may result in domain suspension by the registry.
Shared hosting accounts are subject to fair use resource limits. OBHost reserves the right to restrict accounts that consume disproportionate server resources that adversely affect other customers on the same server.
Reseller accounts are responsible for the actions of their end clients. Resellers must ensure their clients comply with OBHost's Acceptable Use Policy and these Terms of Service.
VPS services provide dedicated virtualised resources. Users have full root/administrator access and are solely responsible for the security and maintenance of their VPS environment, including OS updates, firewall configuration and installed software.
OBHost is responsible for the physical host infrastructure and network connectivity. Data loss resulting from User actions within the VPS is not covered by OBHost's backup services unless a managed backup plan is active.
Dedicated server customers receive exclusive use of physical hardware. The User is fully responsible for all software installed on the server. OBHost is responsible for hardware maintenance and network connectivity.
Hardware failures will be addressed within the agreed SLA. OBHost will replace failed components at no cost; however, data recovery from failed drives is not guaranteed and Users should maintain regular off-site backups.
OBHost is an authorised Microsoft SPLA Partner and Microsoft Indirect Partner. Microsoft software licenses are governed by the applicable Microsoft End User License Agreement (EULA) in addition to these Terms. SPLA licenses are monthly-use licenses tied to active services and cannot be transferred.
OBHost collects and processes personal data solely for the purposes of providing services, managing accounts, processing payments and communicating with customers. OBHost does not sell personal data to third parties.
Full details of data collection, processing, storage and your rights are available in our Privacy Policy.

When customers host websites or applications that collect data from their own end-users, OBHost acts as a Data Processor and the customer acts as the Data Controller under GDPR. Customers are responsible for ensuring their own data collection practices comply with applicable privacy laws.
OBHost employs industry-standard security measures to protect customer data. In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to customer rights and freedoms, OBHost will notify affected customers and relevant supervisory authorities as required by applicable law.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Before initiating any legal proceeding, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting OBHost support. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Delaware, USA, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection law in the User's jurisdiction.
OBHost shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, government actions, internet backbone failures, power grid failures, or pandemic-related disruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OBHost's total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the User for the affected service in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. OBHost is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and any service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between OBHost and the User regarding the subject matter herein.
