Month-to-month contracts are available for all standard plans. Annual contracts receive a 10–15% discount. Enterprise cage deployments require a minimum 12-month agreement.
Colocation is ideal if you own your hardware, need bare-metal performance, have compliance requirements for data control, or want to escape cloud provider lock-in. If you don't own servers, our dedicated server plans may be better suited.
Once your hardware arrives at our facility, racking, cabling and network provisioning typically takes 1–2 business days. Cross-connects and BGP setup may take an additional 2–3 days depending on complexity.
We guarantee 99.99% monthly uptime on power and network (approximately 52 minutes maximum downtime per year). Service credits are issued automatically for any SLA breach. Excludes scheduled maintenance windows.
